The slowly but steadily updated saga of Galaxycats, an original sci-fi story created (and subsequently revised and added to) by me over the last few years. The story begins on the planet Panthera, as the military force known as Galaxycats fights to liberate the planet from the invading F’lar army; an expansionist regime from another planet. Given the comparable level of technology between the two sides, the war has raged without resolution for over fifteen years, but the defection of F’lar scientist Malteazer to Galaxycats could prove to be an important shift in the balance of power.
Episode 1: Light in the Darkness- On the planet Panthera, an endless war rages between the Sector Alliance and the marauding F’lar army. Things seem to be at a stalemate until the brilliant F’lar scientist Doctor Malteazer defects to the Alliance…
Episode 2: Mind Games – Rienne may have been freed, but our heroes’ troubles are far from over. Whilst Acting Captain Vanilla struggles with the persistent questioning of Government Inspector Renna, Sheba finds herself stranded in Pardela, another city struggling under F’lar rule.
Episode 3: Mission Impossible – Vanilla has been suspended from duty, but she finds herself still very much in demand when she is contacted by a secret organisation calling itself Strike Force. Strike Force have a plan to free the city of Markarre from F’lar rule, but first they need Vanilla to act as their liaison with Galaxycats.
Episode 4: Love Thy Neighbour – The F’lar have withdrawn from Panthera, but trouble is brewing on the neighbouring planet of Prila, where a group of Haynar miners have rebelled against their Fessan masters. Now, Vanilla and Malteazer must risk their lives in the mines of Prila to help the Haynar rebels overthrow the F’lar and join with the Alliance.
Episode 5: Your Enemy, My Ally – When the captured Vanilla sends an emergency message from the Pantheran moon of Kralor, Malteazer and Sheba are desperate to rescue her; but Kralor is not what it seems, and there are those who would kill to stop its secrets from being discovered.
Episode 6: Nightmare Reality – Galaxycats is tasked with taking displaced Velassians back to their home planet, but all is not well on Velassia, for in the Mountains of Fire, a new alien threat is lurking. Malteazer is determined to find a way to counter this threat, but will she be able to act when a familiar face reveals her darkest secret?
Episode 7: Turn or Burn – Vanilla is sent to the continent of Menskar to negotiate peace with the Haynars, with the proviso that if the deal turns sour, she leaves them open to a decimating Alliance attack. Meanwhile, Sheba is caught off guard when the Nightriders attack the Rienne Galaxycats, whilst Malteazer falls prey to a personal demon.
